Compensation:  $45 - $55 Hourly + Commission

About the Job

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care, assess patient progress, and adapt treatments to meet diverse needs. You will educate and guide patients through rehabilitative exercises, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. This position emphasizes flexibility, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy care, utilizing strong clinical skills and judgment.

  • Efficient and timely documentation of daily patient notes, progress reports, and observations.

  • Build strong rapport with patients, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.

  • Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient while maintaining flexibility for diverse diagnoses.

  • Educate patients on rehabilitative exercises, promoting health, safety, and independent living.

  • Consistently monitor patient progress, adjusting goals and treatments in line with the established care plan.

  • Collaborate with other physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to provide seamless, high-quality care.

  • Develop creative, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

  • Continuously educate and instruct patients on exercises and activities to support their recovery journey.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals and plans as necessary.

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of daily observations, treatment plans, and patient progress.

  • Make referrals to other team members as needed for additional treatments or services.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapist State License

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Outpatient PT experience is preferred but not required.

  • Dry Needling certification.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and respond to changes in patient conditions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive patient relationships.

  • Dependable, resourceful, and responsive to patient needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team-oriented setting.

  • Effective time management skills, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
