Duties and Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
As an Experienced Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans for patients, fostering their progress.
Educate caregivers and family members, empowering them with effective patient care strategies.
Evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Stay updated with advancements in treatment practices, ensuring patients receive the best care.
Comply with federal, state and local certification requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Adhere to federal, state, and local certification requirements, upholding the highest standards of care.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver integrated care to our clients.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirement: (But not limited to)
Masters Degree from an accredited program
Pediatric experience
Certified by the National Board for Certification.
Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to take care of clients with different personalities.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Ability to assess patient conditions and work with treatment plans.
Ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions
