Compensation: $48 - $55 hourly

This clinic is in search of a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and expanding concierge infusion clinic. Expertise in IV placement is essential, with a preference for candidates having experience with at least 100 IVs per year. All qualified applicants will undergo a brief preliminary Zoom interview before an in-clinic working interview.

This is a full-time position suitable for the right RN who aligns with their office culture, attitude, and values. Candidates must possess current licensure, certifications, and continuing education units (CEUs) as a condition of employment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer directly to the supervising MD and administrative staff.
Expert IV placement and discontinuation, with training and comfort in the IV administration of medications.
Must be comfortable speaking with and offering emotional support to patients.
Understanding of bloodborne pathogen/biohazard exposure protocols.
Blood collection/specimen preparation for PRP
Monitoring/Documenting Vital Signs
EHR record keeping
Cleaning and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment
Stocking Supplies and maintaining inventory
Collecting Consents/Obtaining Discharge Signatures
Developing genuine, personal connections with patients, offering compassionate guidance and support.
Qualifications:
Must have a license or certified RN
Must be HIPAA, OSHA, AND BLS certification required. (will need ACLS but can be completed after hiring)
Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds without accommodation.
Must have basic computer, EHR, and telephone skills
Authorized to work in the US.
Can commute Monday to Friday for a 9 AM - 6 PM shift
Willing to take a drug test, in accordance with the local law/ regulations
Have you placed more than 100 IVs recently, and have high confidence in IV placement skills
