Location: Ann Arbor, MI, Lansing, MI, & Jackson, MI
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 DOE + Monthly Incentives + Quarterly Incentive

About the Job:
The Facility Manager will ensure that the clinical staff provides quality services efficiently and cost-effectively. The FM will ensure that patients experience excellent customer service at their facility through effective treatments provided in a friendly, caring environment, fostering the ability to choose ORS as their physical therapy for life.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable through regular communication and meetings.
Ensure staff has the tools, support, and understanding of goals to succeed.
Foster team connection across locations and corporate.
Conduct quarterly individual performance meetings, documenting outcomes.
Address performance issues with a transparent disciplinary process and Performance Improvement Plans.
Administrative & Operations:
Maintain appropriate staffing through the hiring and training process.
Collaborate with leadership to set budgets, monitor metrics, and develop improvement action plans.
Present clinic metrics, updates, and company goals during weekly team meetings.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and adherence to insurance requirements.
Create staff schedules to maximize patient access and optimize clinic operations.
Address customer service concerns from staff, patients, and referral sources.
Train team members on best practices, safety procedures, and core processes.
Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment needs to ensure compliance and cleanliness.
Patient & Community Engagement:
Act as a role model for excellent patient care focused on achieving functional goals.
Engage with the community to promote clinic services and build relationships with referral sources.
Attend meetings and events to enhance clinic visibility and connections.
Essential Job Functions:
Monitor and enforce clinic policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
Utilize computers and electronic systems for operations.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
Michigan State License in Physical Therapy.
2 - 3 years of experience as Physical Therapist
Rehabilitation supervisory/management experience
Ability to stand, kneel, squat, bend, grasp, and reach as necessary to evaluate and treat patients.
Ability to walk/stand for long periods.
Ability to utilize an electronic documentation system.
Ability to communicate information to patients and coworkers.
