Medical Sales Lead - Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $35 to $38 per hour plus commission

For any medical certification (RN, MA, etc.) additional salary incentives are available for minor patient care roles.

Overview: Nexus HR is seeking a talented Medical Sales Lead, who will also serve as a Patient Care Coordinator, to join a reputable mental health and infusion therapy clinic in Los Angeles, CA! 

About the Job

In this role, you will be fielding phone calls and web contact leads, calling, selling, explaining our services, and attempting to convert these leads to active patients in our medical clinic. The clinic’s wheelhouse is the dynamic and advantageous field of Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and this clinic is at the top of the field, with patient outcomes being the best in the nation.  You will be an integral part of offering live-altering relief to people who have struggled for decades! You would also serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us.

As a team member, you will focus on selling our programs, patient communication, scheduling, administrative coordination, and customer service. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field and convert potential patient inquiries into converted patients with scheduled treatments

  • Work together with our Medical Director to provide and facilitate phone consultations with potential patients

  • Utilize, manage, organize, implement, and maintain real-time workflow with our CRM (Go High Level)

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

  • Scheduling patient visits and answering questions, including ownership of billing and pre-appointment preparation

  • Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance, and financial information confidentially

  • Collecting patient’s payments and balances

  • Complying with health care regulations and ensuring patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a clinical, health care setting, including medical sales

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Previous experience in medical office administrative duties

  • Experience working with an EHR – DrChrono – strongly preferred

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to prioritize and execute in real-time.

  • Significant organizational skills and multi-tasking ability are a must.
