Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 per year DOE (open for negotiation)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physical therapists, aides, and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care and strong team morale.
Create a positive work environment that promotes retention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure clinic compliance with clinical, regulatory, HR, and company policies; collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee relations as needed.
Manage and monitor clinic performance metrics, including productivity, scheduling efficiency, and customer service.
Interpret financial statements, assist in developing and executing the clinic's fiscal budget and strategic plan, and ensure profitability.
Collaborate with physicians, payers, and referral sources to build strong relationships and oversee specialty clinical programs.
Participate in marketing efforts to support referral growth and expand clinic reach.
Develop, implement, and oversee staff training programs, including clinical education and new employee onboarding.
Conduct staff performance reviews, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational expectations.
Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and ensure adherence to the state Practice Act.
Stay current with healthcare industry trends, clinical advancements, and continuing education requirements.Promote a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment and participate in regular staff meetings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of California
Current CPR certification; additional leadership or administrative certifications are a plus
Educational level
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of outpatient clinic operations, EMR systems, and insurance documentation
Authorized to work in the US.
