About the Job
The job focuses on delivering advanced men’s health services, including hormone optimization, weight management, and regenerative treatments. As a provider, you will play a key role in designing individualized treatment plans and building lasting relationships with patients. This is not your typical primary care setting—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by guiding them toward improved confidence, health, and overall well-being. You’ll work closely with a collaborative clinical team to ensure a high-quality, concierge-style experience for every patient.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver expert care in a fast-paced, high-energy clinic setting.
Provide a concierge-style patient experience where education, empathy, and clear communication are paramount.
Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals, tailoring treatments to individual patient goals.
Order and interpret labs to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans.
Educate patients on advanced therapies like testosterone replacement, wave therapy, peptide protocols, and PRP treatments.
Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Offer guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
Maintain efficient, accurate EMR documentation.
Stay current on cutting-edge therapies and best practices in men’s health.
Qualifications:
Previous clinical experience preferred; experience in men's health or hormone therapy is a plus.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Nebraska.
Active DEA license in the state of Nebraska.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Passion for patient-centered care and exceptional service experience
Hormone management or men’s health experience is a plus—but a passion for wellness and learning is essential
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
