Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general dental care, perform routine dental examinations, and diagnose oral health conditions such as tooth decay, gum disease, and other dental issues.

  • Carry out standard dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.

  • Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients based on their dental health needs and preferences.

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including charts, treatment notes, and medical histories.

  • Ensure all dental work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current dental regulations and safety protocols.

  • Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.

  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and practice improvement efforts.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control and sterilization guidelines.

  • Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and clinical training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing general dental care; experience with sedation dentistry is a plus.

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

  • Active Dental License.

  • Proficiency in dental procedures and treatments.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Patient education and communication techniques.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
