Compensation:  $80,000 - 105,000 Annually

Overview: Nexus HR is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, the Clinic Operations Manager oversees clinic operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality biologic therapies that align with our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Implement strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans.

• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Manage staff performance and development within the clinic.

• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure effective communication between staff and patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field (required).

• Proven experience in medical management or healthcare operations (required).

• Strong leadership and management skills (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).

• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements (preferred).
