Compensation:  $35 - $45 Hourly

Overview: Nexus HR is seeking a Registered Nurse to help oversee clinic operations in partnership with our current office management. This role combines direct patient care with operational oversight to ensure an efficient, patient-centered clinic environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, solution-oriented, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in a clinic setting.

About the Job

We are a multidisciplinary medical practice specializing in facial plastic surgery, otolaryngology (ENT), and allergy care, and we are implementing an enhanced patient care model to drive operational efficiency, elevate clinical collaboration, and strengthen the overall patient experience. As part of this optimized structure, the Registered Nurse will provide direct leadership and clinical guidance to the Medical Assistants, ensuring consistent workflows, elevated care standards, and seamless coordination across all touchpoints. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with office management to oversee daily clinic operations

  • Assist in staff coordination, training, and support

  • Participate in patient care and manage clinical flow

  • Ensure excellent communication and service for patients and families

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain best practices in patient care

  • Monitor and support compliance with clinical policies, protocols, and regulations

  • Assist with inventory control, supply management, and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting

  • Experience in ENT, facial plastic surgery, dermatology, and/or allergy preferred

  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service

Schedule:

  • Full-time | Monday - Friday

  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays
